A. Standard Bookings:

  • 100% Refund if canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.

  • 50% Refund if canceled 24–47 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • No Refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

B. Non-Refundable Services:
Some promotional or fixed-price bookings may be explicitly marked as non-refundable.

3. No-Shows

If the customer is not present at the pickup location at the agreed time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be provided in such cases.


4. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.
